Cindy Segar-Miller, FACHE
President & CEO, Cindy Segar-Miller, FACHE is a seasoned healthcare executive with a record of success in transformational leadership positions. Her strategies and creative solutions have earned her the reputation as being a positive change agent for hospitals and healthcare systems. For the past 20 years, Segar-Miller has gained considerable expertise supporting a portfolio of national and international clients. Her experience includes tenure as principal for Spectrum Health Partners, executive consultant for Bon Secours Mercy Health; as Chief Executive Officer for Lock Haven Hospital and Ashland Medical Center. Segar-Miller is a registered nurse and earned her graduate degree in Health Services Management Services and Policy from New School University in Middletown, NY.
Steven M. Hamilton
Chief Strategy & Integration Officer, Steve Hamilton is responsible for strategy formulation and management, including developing corporate vision and strategy, overseeing strategic planning, and leading strategic initiatives, including M&A, transformation, and partnerships in increasingly complex global environments. This involves understanding and formulating corporate strategy from an operational point of view for our clients, as well as ensuring that strategic initiatives are optimized to support the strategy. He is heavily involved in operational day-to-day responsibilities working closely with key staff on critical initiatives. His proven leadership and coaching capabilities deliver a high capacity project management and execution engine. His unique background involves a multitude of different operating experiences. He is a creative thinker, influential collaborator and business developer including identifying gaps in the business or capabilities then makes decisions to best fill those gaps.
Dr. Amar Hamad
International Medical Director, Dr. Amar Hamad is a prominent medical oncologist currently licensed to practice medicine in Illinois and a Professor at University of Illinois in the section of hematology oncology. He is currently the Director of the Cancer Institute at Advocate Christ Medical Center, an 800-bed quaternary major teaching hospital. Dr. Mahad is highly respected by his peers as a leader in international healthcare with an extensive global network, particularly in the Middle East. His clinical expertise compliments his business acumen as the founder and leader of the largest medical oncology group in Chicago, as well as the founder and CEO of Mirador Health that developed an innovative hand hygiene solution for hospitals and care facilities.
